Orders will be accepted on receipt of full and final payment. Components are assembled, configured and made ready for despatch only on receipt of cleared payment. Purchasers should expect a 10 working day turnaround from payment to delivery, although we will endeavour to reduce this if possible.
If any advertised components are unavailable from our preferred suppliers, we will attempt to source them elsewhere at no additional cost or delay to the customer. If this is not possible we will liaise with the customer on suitable alternatives.
All computers are customisable, but this may incur an additional cost which can be pre-agreed.
All transactions will be handled and processed by 11December IT Services, including any warranty claims. 11December IT Services is our sole appointed agent.
In the event of a warranty claim, PCs must be returned to our offices in Chesham, Buckinghamshire. If the fault is found to be genuine, the equipment will be repaired and returned at no additional cost to the purchaser.
Customers within a 10 mile radius of Chesham, Buckinghamshire may be eligible for an onsite repair.
The warranty does not cover software, driver or virus/malware issues, though we are equipped to assist you with these problems if you need us.
